This was a nice easy read, especially since I don't read much non-fiction. Some really good illustrations about change, and how to make it easier. I saw Dan Heath speak at my childrens' school last night, and he was excellent, utitlizing alot of examples from the book in a meaningful way. Now to apply what I learned. :)
