I thought this was a quick entertaining read. The heroine, Remy, is quite a take charge, leave no zombies alive kind of girl. I love her ability to get things done.
I thought the story was very good. What I did not like was the lack of description, and this doesn't usually bother me, but it might be related to the use of first person narrative. We never really get to understand the surroundings, or how Remy feels about what's going on around her. While I could empathize with her situation, I never felt like I was invested in it.
