There have already been really good reviews of this on goodreads, so I am not going to rehash the book. There is something that happens midway through the book that really turned alot of people off. I happened to read about it before I started reading the book, because I wanted to see why everyone was giving this book one star. Since I knew what was coming, I wasn't blindsided, and while not happy about the direction the author chose to go, I was okay with it. Might not have been if I hadn't seen it coming. Just wanted to put that out there in case anyone else wants to do some research first!
The one thing that did bother me about this book, is that I didn't feel as drawn into Miranda's life from the get go as I was in the previous book. Not sure exactly why.
